I love this product. My 5 year old son is sensitive to wheat and dairy. When he eats those foods, he is difficult, disobedient and hyperactive. We try to keep him on a gluten/casein free diet but we let him have a "treat" once in awhile. These prevent him from going "crazy" after having wheat and/or dairy. He just takes them with his meal every day. My 3 year old also uses Buddy Bear Digest. He is autistic and has many food allergies. He is also resistant to taking a lot of supplements - but he likes chewables and will eat these.
