This was a great product. It did what its supposed to do. No stomach cramps or anything. No running to the bathroom, either. Admittedly, the morning pills smelled and tasted really bad...I almost threw up the first couple of mornings. But I did get used to them. I did what some of the other people did [who reviewed the product] and mixed my fiber powder with orange juice. There was no grittiness at all. I used orange juice with a lot of pulp, so I think even if there was grittiness I would not have noticed....I would recommend doing that. Overall, a great product. I would use it again.
