I was not sure what to expect from this cleanse. I found the cleanse to be gentle yet thorough. I lost a couple pounds and it seemed to help with my appetite. It was easier on my system than others I had tried. The pamphlet advised repeating this process with a second kit. At first I thought here we go again trying to get more $$ from me, but I will do it because I was pleased with the first one and expect the same or better results.

This product made me ill the first day I took it. I have used other products from this company with excellent results. But I cannot recommend this product.
