This is my third cleanse in 5 years. I tried Dr. Natra, and ended up running to the bathroom shortly after eating. I think the tea is too strong. I hadn't done a cleanse for about 2 years, and decided to do this one. I had gained some weight, and had significant distension (not uncommon for 59) and decided to reverse it. I'm in week 2, and more is coming out than I am eating. I've done some research, and the probiotics are needed to normalize the colon. The Bifidobacteria and L. salvarius in the probiotic break up the built up fecal materials so they can pass. I'm satisified with the progress thus far. I am also taking an ounce of Acai prior to the fiber in the morning.
It might be possible for some build up to be so impacted that it takes months to remove. I read an autopsy study that found over 60% of people who had daily movements still had buildup in their colon. Until recently, I thought it was the fiber that was most important, but it is the probiotic that is enabling the fiber to sweep things clean. For someone who had no success with this, they might try a quality probiotic for two or three months, and then do another cleanse. People seem to think the Acai juice helps, so I'd include that as well.

You can get a colon cleaning by going to Walgreen or CVS. Don't waste $65 on this junk.

I have found that using the ultimate colon cleanse system to be very effective. It comes with good instructions and everything is easily handled, even the cleansing fibre! Will certainly buy this product again when the time comes.

Tried theis product expecting amazing results. No flat stomach, no 30 lbs weight loss and no increased energy. What a waste!

I followed the instructions to the letter. This product does not work. It did nothing for me. If you're looking to gain energy, lose weight, flatten your belly - this is not the product.
