I agree with the other poster. It looks like wet sand but tastes good, mixes well and works great. You can actually pick up a 120z can at Whole Foods for $14.99.

This stuff looks like wet sand, but tastes and smells pretty good. It is very filling and works just fine.

Like many other products of this type, it worked great on first bottle. Unfortunately my body adjusted and has adjusted and has not worked as well for last two bottles. It may work for others who have less than chronic constipation.
