| Customer Reviews: It works without cramping! October 8, 2009 Terri (Atlanta, GA) I love this stuff. It is a great way to add extra fiber to your diet. The blend offers both soluble & insoluble fiber. The only drawback is that you have to take 5 caplets at a time. Fortunately, a couple of doses over a day or two usually does the trick--with NO cramping or gassiness. I think it's a little expensive, but it's worth it.
Did not like it November 8, 2007 Catherine Taylor 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
The price was good but the problem I had was that I have celiac and even though the oats said gluten free they made just as sick as if they had gluten in them. My doctor told me that there is no such thing as gluten free oats and that the oats in the fiber does have gluten in it.
