I've used her products and liked them. However, my dog liked them, too; he snuck up on the table when my back was turned, and drank a whole glass of her protein drink.
She sweetens her product with Xylitol.
Xylitol is harmless to humans, but fatal to dogs in even tiny doses. We rushed our dog to the emergency vet. Between fast action and a great staff, we saved the dog's life, but the bill was horrendously expensive. She and her company was completely unresponsive when we contacted them; we weren't asking for any payment, we just wanted them to let their customers know about this problem.
So dog owners, if you choose to use her products, be extremely vigilant; most dogs will drink it if they can get it (and our dog drank the chocolate variety; chocolate is also toxic to dogs. Sheesh!). Humans should do well with her stuff; it tastes good, and based on her label, pretty good for you.
FYI, nearly all gum is sweetened with Xylitol these days. It's creeping into all sorts of products. Dog poisonings have gone through the roof in the last five years because of this stuff. Ask your vet.
If you don't own a dog, consider it a five star product; you won't have any of the problems we encountered.

This book had lots of information that i could use and understand. I already knew some stuff but this book explained your digestion better. Great book for someone who is looking to figure out how your body digest certain foods, toxins and such. I would recommend this book to read if you are interested in your health.

This is one of the best books I have read. This book and PBS program on HOPE helped me understand what happens inside our body with respect to digestive system what we have to take care if we need to live longer and healthy. Guys I say don't hesitate to buy this book and this might save your or your loved one's life. I mean it. I have started following some of the recommendations. I am planning to buy detox strategy book by Brenda too.
Earning in life is important but you need to be healthy to enjoy it. To be healthy awareness is vital and this book greatly helps. I enjoyed the presentation part of this book. It's simple and unique and easy to graps the essentials.
I am one of those who reads reviews but not write one but this book pulled me to write one.

My husband's gastroenterologist sent him for every high-tech test which cost our insurance co. thousands of dollars to try to diagnose his abdominal discomfort. Absolutely no conclusions were reached by 3 M.D.'s and my husband's extreme pain continued for 2 year. The "purple pill" was recently prescribed by the family M.D. and the side effects became worse than the problem.
Lo and behold we heard of Brenda Watson's H.O.P.E. formula about 6 weeks ago and the change has been phenomenal. The cause of his problem is so clearly explained by Brenda and the solution has been easy to implement. Brenda Watson is a Godsend to anyone experiencing abdominal discomfort and she does a great job in this book.
